Need a foster home for my chow chow

I am a single mother with 3 children. I have recently lost my home and I have a 5 month old cream color chow puppy named Harley. The place where I am staying at will not allow me to keep him with us and I am searching to find some one to foster him for a few months until I get on my feet again and get a new home where I can have him back as part of our family. I will take care of all his cost's that he needs. It is a hard time for my children and I am just praying I can find some one who can help me. I used to live in Chicago and I have a friend who started a dog rescue in Plainfield. I will send your information on to her and see if she or anyone she knows can help.
