MY CHOW WANTS TO PEE IN THE GUEST ROOM

OK...I HAVE A NEPHEW WHO LOVES MY BOXER AND MY CHOW, HE SPENT A FEW DAYS WITH US, AND THE DOGS LOVE HIM BUT NOW THAT HE'S GONE MY CHOW WANTS TO PEE WHERE HE USED TO SLEEP!!!! I DON'T KNOW WHY...HE'S HOUSEBREAK TRAINED AND HE HASN'T HAD ANY ACCIDENTS UNTIL NOW THAT HE WANTS TO DO IT THERE...WHY DO YOU THINK HE'S DOING THAT?????????

Well, I'm not an expert but your Chow is definitely making a strong statement. Is it possible to keep your Chow out of the room your nephew slept in? Can you use a solution to wash the area to remove the pee smell (because that will also tell the Chow where to pee)?
How did your Chow and nephew play? Peeing is a way of showing dominance.

Thanks for the tip...I always keep the room close it was today that I decided to clean it up from my nephew being there I saw my chow doing it once and the second time I stopped him on time!!!

My first chow didn't like me going away for a few days and left a little treat on the couch were i used to sit! He might just be acting out due to separation anxiety.
