Ok this ia a slightly off topic for ChowChow.org. Those that have have frineds in the dog fancy you may want to spread the news to for those breeds that may need to be cropped and docked for the ring.

And another thing is hat those breeds thats me cropped and docked for any ring event, the owner must prove that the dogs were cropped and docked in another state or it was performed before September 1 when this legislation will take place.
So this will put a real damper in Westminster folks for next year.
