We had a crazy weather pattern last month. It forced a lot of weird weedy growth on our backyard lawn. The chows end up with these seed spores that look like tiny arrows stuck on their paws and fur. I spend a minimum of 10 minutes on Miss PB and Tiggy pulling these nasty things off them before they are okay to go inside the house. Just a little while ago, they came in after their mid-afternoon romp around and there we were on the top of the stairs and me plucking the seed spores off of them. It's Miss PB first and Tiggy second. While I was plucking their afternoon's share of these seed spores, I was thinking "geez, you two are sooo sweet and patient for allowing me to pick, pick, pick these nasty things off your paws! They just stand there on the top step while I'm lifting and plucking and wiping on each paw". my duo are definitely SWEET AND PATIENT!
