I've been to DogTown and loved it! I spent about a week on the Best Friends grounds (rented a cabin) and volunteered everyday. I worked with the dogs everyday and the cats and horses on one day each. I was allowed to work with some of the "more difficult" dogs since I told them I have Chow...

I had the pleasure of seeing this champion up-close and personal last Friday when I transported a little Chow boy to Linda at West Texas Chow Rescue. That's her husband Mike in the video. Glad to hear Carter is home and resting. I took the collar off of Bear as much as possible too. It was just him and I at the time and it was easier to keep an eye on him then. Get well Carter and we can't wait to see your new beautiful eyes!!

Are you talking about entropion? That's where the eyelids turn inwards and the lashes irritate the eye. It can eventually lead to blindness. A good vet should be able to tell by looking at the eyes. I think some puppies will eventually grow into their heads so the symptoms can possibly go away witho...

I think many of us have to say "ignore the Chow". I have to do that with Ping...my quirky girl.
