Re: irritated skin

The itchy skin can be triggered by allergic reactions due to canine atopic dermatitis and food allergy. The chow chow dog breed also gets hypothyroidism really normally.

Re: 3 month old chow peeing everywhere!

Ours were peeing everywhere also but after 2 months we practiced him to pee in a specific place where we put sands in it. Everytime he feels like peeing, he sniff and sniff until he reaches that area.

My husband is paranoid everytime she itches now, I just need to convince him that she's a dog and she will do that.
Convince him more on that. He's funny. Anyways,it's good to know that you've achieved the solution on your problem. I'll check the rake product you've shared too! :)

He's stomach must be upset. Or there are some times that dogs lost their appetite. Maybe Chow chow wanted to try something new.

Re: Help! Does this Chow have a smooth/rough coat?

If you share your life with a chow chow, you like a canine with serious hair. They're double-coated, with an undercoat beneath their heavier outer coat. Although chows are year-round hairy, there's more of it in their winter coat. Snuggle next to him to keep warm on cold winter nights...
