I guess I would need more information before giving advice. I'm like Victory...I really can't of a good reason for giving up 2 beautiful, bonded chows....especially to a shelter.

Molly doesn't like going out in the rain either. We're getting a lot today, and she finally went out in the afternoon...after several unsuccessful attempts by me to get her to go outside!
