Re: lost appetite

Temporary loss of appetite for a day or two in dogs is nothing to be alarmed at. However, prolonged appetite loss is usually caused by some underlying health problems.

I think you should separate the two and try to make them understand that no one is above the other one.

Probably your dog since that your not expending to much time with him and he acted like that every time you go again from work. His alone and no one is around so it's not healthy for him.

Dental health is every bit as important to dos as it is to humans. If you have a petsmart near you, they have grooming specials that include teeth cleaning.

The average temperature range for most dogs is from 100 to 102.5 degree Foreign Height or (38 to 39 degree Celsius). I just don't know how exactly a chow chow's Average Temperature would be..

Re: my chow is a cry baby :(

I suggest during your free day visit some house of your relative and let them walk your chow, in that way he well nice to your family member. You have to train your dog and tell him his not doing right.

Re: Grooming training

I think most of the dog well freak out on the first day, they are not use to it so you have to be patient and try to introduce it lil by lil until they are use to the grooming.

Re: Can you train a chow chow to poo in the bathroom?

Honestly I feel sorry for the dog's situation because it's really hard for her and stressful. No poo in a day is not good for the dog and with Mimi she is having a hard time I am sure. I know it's hard also for the owner's part because of not much time to go out. But if you have a pet you really hav...

Re: Chow chow and relations with other dogs

A dog's eyes will tell you a great deal regardless of breed. Some people claim they can't read a Chow's eyes but with practice, it's as easy as with any other breed.
