Agreed with everyone else. Check for an infection but as long as she's not in pain, don't put her down. I would suggest putting a doggy diaper on her before she lays down for the night. That will help with the messes and will probably make her feel better about herself.

I bought a new bag of bones for the kids at Petsmart last week - I thought I'd try something else to see if they interested Holden more (needless to say he likes the new kind even less than the old kind #-o ). Well, as my luck has it, that bag of bones is on the recall list. So I will be taking them...

That is completely normal. I could see Hannah's adult teeth coming in behind her baby teeth. They will all fall out on their own, I wouldn't let the vet talk about pulling them.
