Weren't the republicans "in charge" for the past 8 years?! Why did they not take care of these impending issues while they had the chance? Who took our debt and let it spiral out of control? What does this have to do with chows anyways?

Jack is 7 years old and loves to chase bicycles. This makes it very hard to take him to the park and it scares the people . What suggestions does anyone have to keep him from chasing the bikes.
