I agree with everyone else here, it sounds to me like you have a wonderful dog on your hands. And as far as not going to the bathroom unless you are out on the street, that is a very chow like thing, my dog strongly prefers to go out and about instead of the backyard and will pretend he has sugarpaw...

Thank you everyone for the kind words, you are right, he is an amazing part of my family and i am grateful to have found him regardles of how it happened. If it wasn't for him, i don't know that i would have ever ended up with a chow but now i don't think i could live without one, they are such amaz...

Hi everyone! I realize this may be an impossible task but I am looking for my adopted chow chow's birth parents. I adopted him from the ASPCA in Long Beach almost 6 years ago and I would love to find out what breeder he came from. He is black and was approximately 12 weeks when I got him in mid-Dece...
