My previous reply seems to have gotten lost. Oops. It definitely wasnt mites or ticks. The vet swabbed his ears. She looked at the swab and diagnosed bacteria. I never saw her actually look at it under a microscope, but she claimed she would to verify. We used the bacteria drops for two weeks.. And ...

I was just about to post this question. Thor is coming up on his 1-year birthday and I was thinking of switching him over. He loves Nutro Natural Choice, so I was going to switch him to their Large Breed Adult Dog Food. Does anyone know where any good threads on the topic are located?

Yes, I ignored the poop (well, I cleaned it up of course!but I ignored the incident and Thor Thor did not get in any trouble for it) since I felt so bad that my poor baby was upset! How to successfully move with a chow?

Hi everyone, Does anyone have any advice on how to successfully move to a new home without stressing your chow? I am the proud owner of Thor, a 9-month old neutered chow chow. I just bought a new house, and have spent two nights in it. In our previous apartment, Thor did not have any bathroom issues...
