Great story! When I was visiting my Grandmother in a Naperville hospital, they had a "Dog Wall" in the ICU with all of the dogs that came to see the patients. No Chows, but I have heard of them visiting nursing homes being their thick coats and great therapy for arthritis.

I know that Jan puts it all together, the blocks and designs it....I am not that familiar with how you make a quilt, but I think her friend does the batting(?) part.

We are so sorry about Cade... Sometimes bad things happen no matter how much we try to prevent it. Rescue is a hard road, emotionally, financially, physically. We send all good energy your way and up to Cade. You guys are saving lives, that's terrific!
