The Vet visit went well, Julie was a very good girl. The Vet said she has Patellar luxation, dislocation of the kneecap. The next step is to have the radiologist take a closer look at the film and see if surgery is needed. Anyone have experience in Patellar luxation? One positive of the whole fiasco...

I have never met a breed that has a better smell. Rocco smells like grapes and Julie smells like baby powder. They are rarely in need of a bath and neither of my dogs enjoy walking in mud or puddles and will avoid them at all costs. They also clean their paws like a cat.

Wellness has a new Allergy line and also Wellness Core which I believe is gluten free and a very good food. The fur-kids used to get Wellness Core until we discovered Rocco's Chicken allergy. Their website is also very helpful.

I will ask her and also get the publishers name for you when I get home tonight. She has been able to get us one every year for the past 5 years.

We got a Chow calender.. as usual. My mom hunts for it every year. I made paw print ornaments for DH from each of the chowlings and the cat. It was so fun to see the chow babes in the snow... I will post some pictures soon.
