Chows love to run at full speed when they are happy. They will "zoom" around the room or the yard, therefore the name "zoomies. Hot Spots are sores that they have made from chewing and scratching excessively in one area.

Remember the climate change. It was only 20 degrees as today's high in Louisville. Ming took between a week and 10 days to acclimate. Panted and drank tons of water. Put a fan on his crate and hang in there, he settle in fine before long.
