If Jennifer calls animal control to check out this lady and her vet - won't they pull the animal from the house and put her in the shelter?

A chownapping for sure! But unfortunately, it sounds like too many bad rescue orgs I've seen around LA... snatch n grab a chow chow.. then turn around and "adopt" it out for cash.
